About Us
About Inspire Conservation
Inspire Conservation provides practical conservation treatments and remedial work for stone, lime and fibrous plasters and other fragile structures including painted decoration and gilded surfaces which are applied to them. Behind the scenes we have cutting edge technology for managing projects including our collaborative project management system which keeps you informed by email every step of the programme. This is from tendering to final invoice stage and is a simple to use interface. This is also used with our team so that tasks can be delegated and tracked easily. We take security seriously and our email system is approved to ISO 27001 so you know your data is in safe hands.
Michael Sheppard ACR, Conservation Director has a compelling motivation and focus for delivering exceptional service and quality. He currently holds CITB SMSTS project management and CSCS accredited management certification further reinforcing his commitment to the profession. The team at Inspire Conservation are equally as enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced in their chosen craft which means that we can provide a fantastic team dynamic for your project.
Our on site teams consist of time served, qualified and most importantly resourceful craftsmen and women who can use their initiative. Skills include stone masons, stone conservators, decorative surface conservators and other skilled trades and crafts like lime plastering, fibrous plastering and specialist and traditional decoration. If we are working in an environment where we require the additional help of bonafide sub-contractors then we use our regular and vetted sub-contractors who are competent and professional in any historic setting.
